- Leading the execution of technology and people initiatives as part of our 3-year strategic plan

- A lead of the site operations supporting the Technology workforce in India across 3 major cities

- Lead and management of overall risk, continuity, external supplier relationships, performance and financial management for Group Technology in India

- Lead industry connects, partnerships with Fintech hubs, key universities, key technology influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

- This position is for Delivery Head Murex - Technology - Murex and part of the Global Management Committee.

- Murex program is a large strategic initiative to replatform company's rates, credit and FX businesses onto Murex from the various legacy systems on which they currently run. The objectives for the program are:

- Massively simplify the FRC (FX, Rates and Credit) technology environment

- Increase operational control and efficiency

- Enable our regulatory agenda

- Proficiency in a diverse range of Technology, Operations and Business Management with recognized ability to develop strategies, builds new businesses, restructure operations and implement organizational change (people, process and technology).

- Assimilate data and analysis to help the organization develop a comprehensive plan for resource and spend management.

- Create a governance model and identify all stakeholders and work with them to create strategic, operational, tactical teams for execution and monitoring the strategy.

- Establish the building blocks for a more cost-effective operating model

- Support revenue in all products

- The program is run across the business and technology, involving both permanent and vendor staff. It is recognized within the industry as a transformative program that ensures the company platform is uniquely well placed to face the new challenges of the industry.

- Highly technical, comfortable interacting with specialist developers, and able to be credible with and challenge them.

- Structured and able to create and track a complex plan including many dependencies.

- Known for hitting deadlines under significant pressure.

- Experience in executing workforce or similar organization-wide strategies.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as the role involves a high amount of interaction with senior management within and across multiple divisions including business, technology, sourcing teams, global workforce teams Firm Control organizations (e.g. Compliance & Legal).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Comfort working with ambiguity, managing and resolving complex issues.

- Own and drive the non-functional test team within the Murex program.

- Partner with experts across the organization and within the program to change the way we approach non-functional testing and performance delivery

- Showcase that you have the ability to understand the architecture of the product and influence the rates build to be in-line with the design principles.

- Should have a proven track record of requirements gathering and transformation of these into sustainable solutions

- Think strategically, making and implementing technical decisions that increase performance, increase stability, increase predictability

- Understanding of how to optimize the front to back software delivery process

- Experience of managing highly complex technical delivery across multiple teams, both vendor and internal
