Role Delivery Head - Technology (18-25 yrs)

Job Responsibilities:

The Delivery Head - Technology role owns the delivery of company's Technology services to all its customers. The Delivery Head - Technology plays a vital role in creating long-term healthy service provider - customer relationships, acting as the bridge between the client and our Technology delivery teams. This role also owns the financials of the Technology projects like revenue recognition and contribution. Delivering the Technology projects on time, to budget with quality is the mantra for this role.

- Works collaboratively with all peers to ensure organizational goals are met

- Responsible for project delivery on time and to budget.

- Responsible for right effort goes into Infoweb and correct revenue recognition takes place

- Responsible for reviewing new custom Technology projects to plan and coordinate delivery activities

- Responsible for building positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.

- Responsible for managing any scope change and convert this to revenue from the customer

- Responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting delivery issues in a timely fashion.

- Responsible to manage custom Technology delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.

- Responsible for overseeing daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.

- Responsible to serve as primary contact for customer concerns and to provide solutions for the same

- Responsible for analyzing customer orders and set delivery priorities to make schedule adjustments and meet timely delivery goals.

- Responsible to make critical business decisions in consultation with India Delivery head to meet customer expectations.

- Responsible for proactively managing service performance to meet or exceed SLAs and other contractual obligations

- Responsible for driving operational accountability, continuous improvement and customer focus

- Partnering with Key Account Management and Product teams to identify and drive new business opportunities

- Responsible for acting as the primary escalation point for daily operational issues

- Responsible for guiding and managing complex projects which have Technology and technology pieces or Technology and our products

- Responsible for identifying and recommending process improvements both to clients and to internally to custom Technology delivery team, as needed

- Customer satisfaction for all customers served by operations both internal and external

- Ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability of projects in coordination with Strategic Business Unit heads

- Handling all customer complaints and complements

- Overall revenue recognition, overall gross margins for the projects and profit for the entire organization in operations

- Building technology skills in Technical Architecture, Technical UX/UI design, Mobile Development, .Net, Java, Testing, HTML and Scripting for technical services and projects

- Building excellent project management skills in Content and Technology Projects

- Research and Analysis required by the entire organization

- Account winning pre-sales proposal creation, and answering RFI and RFP for our customer facing departments

- Global vendors (content, Testing and domain related) services available for our projects at the most competitive rates at highest quality

- Excellent project delivery on time, within budget and at high profitability in all services like Product implementation and customization, Content Services and Technology Services both from India and in USA

- All activities of centers of Kolkata, Mumbai and other laces in India. Also, all development centers in USA

ESSENTIAL DESIRABLE

Work Experience (Mention No. of years): 20 YRS-25 YRS

Knowledge/Qualifications/ Competency:

(Mention if any specific skill set is required )

Qualifications:

- Master's degree or Bachelor's in Engineering/General Management

- A Business Management qualification from a premier institute will be an advantage.

- At least 15+ years in leading large delivery teams and general operations Management experience
