SFDC Delivery Head for a Multibillion Organization
Key Responsibilities :
Project Delivery :
- Lead the Delivery for a Business Unit comprising Salesforce and other CRM platforms
- Execute critical and high priority projects
- Conceptualize, define and implement project and delivery management processes that ensures high quality deliverables
- Setup rigorous review and governance process to ensure projects meet the client objectives
- Ensure high Client Satisfaction - dip sticks and formal surveys process to be setup
- Conduct workshops for large programs
Capability Building :
- Identify capability needs and build plans working with other cross-functional teams to ramp-up and ensure impact
- Lead the hiring effort for the delivery team
- Mentor Project and Product Managers
- Build Consulting and Product Engineering Mindset within the team
Solutions & Presales :
- Proactively identify opportunities in existing clients and work with Markets team to develop them into qualified opportunities
- Support presales on proposals along with team to win deals - estimation, solution
- Identify opportunities to build repeatable solutions that can be taken to market and win clients
