Job Description
- Provides account leadership to delivery teams and directs teams to develop business strategies and program/project to meet deliverables
- Ensures client satisfaction through development, implementation, and delivery of application as specified
- Responsible for planning and delivery - Delivery quality compliance, resource economic utilization and customer satisfaction
- Ensures Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other guidelines/procedures are followed for internal and external change requests
- Proposes projects for process improvement, technical enhancements, and cost savings efforts
- Developing engagement proposals and detailed engagement plans and schedules
- Responsible for enabling Sales and pre-sales support
- Proposes projects for process improvement, technical enhancements, and cost savings efforts
- Will have total P& L responsibility and be held accountable for each engagement's success
Desired Profile:
- Relevant leadership experience in handling entire BU with overall experience of 20+ years
- Proven skills for designing and implementing right delivery model to manage complex programs
- Should have handled large SFDC project delivery
