Roles and Responsibilities:
The Delivery Leads responsibilities play a crucial role in a company's growth and success, core responsibilities include - but not limited to the following:
- Lead the strategy, processes and implementation of the consulting division
- P&L Responsibility - You shall be responsible for the entire P&L for the company, which includes the following:
a) Manage the various vertical heads within the consulting team and be accountable toward their team targets
b) Test and measure operational performance, provide analytics on improvement metrics
c) Manage the L&D and continuous improvement program within Propella Consulting Group
d) Accountable for the total revenue, i.e.. top line and bottom line for the company.
e) Strategies toward the growth of existing verticals and create new verticals within the business.
f) Create road-maps and ensure implementation across verticals.
g) Manage the business development team & their KRAs. Strategies along with the team and try out new avenues for business growth.
h) Manage the existing customer base. Ensure customer satisfaction.
i) Test and measure various techniques used by the teams.
j) Build on existing KRAs and SOPs and ensure implementation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
a) You must have previously led a successful delivery team within the leadership hiring space.
b) Prior experience within the retained leadership hiring space will be highly regarded
c) CXO stakeholder management skills in providing business critical services is a must
d) A good understanding of the intricate workings on various industry sectors and their business operations
e) Great customer management skills and the ability to build deep relationships with customers.
f) An entrepreneurial mind-set and the ability to scale business operations.
g) Proven track record in achieving short term and long term goals.
h) The ability to plan, prioritise, organise and execute effectively within a given time frame.
i) Professional communication, presentation, negotiation and consultative skills is a must.
