Responsibilities :
- Manage, track and ensure timely and high-quality implementation of Shipsy product as the customer-facing Delivery Manager
- Establish overall project schedule, aligned with the requirements from R&D, Sales and Product
- Lead development of processes and tools to monitor and improve delivery efficiency, cadence, and impact of product and solution releasees
- Act as the first point of contact for technical questions and triage
- Regularly communicate progress status to internal stakeholders, with efficient analysis of issues and potential direction
- Regularly communicate with and travel to external stakeholders, particularly customers, to report the status of Shipsy's deliverables
- Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales for a successful and stable delivery
- Identify and assign clear ownership of project tasks to the team members, and drive the timely execution of each team member
- Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies including Agile Project and Program Management and Scrum
- Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skill
- Exceptionally strong project management, process development, and inter-personal collaboration skills
- Familiarity with consumer technology market, technologies, and trends
- Must be able to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing objectives and ambiguous situations.
- Management skills, including project management capabilities.
- Experience in managing and delivering multiple projects at the same time.
- Excellent, high-level people management skills combined with project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are necessary. Specific experience with project management tools such as JIRA, spreadsheets is required.
