There is a leadership level opening for Delivery Head role based out of Hyderabad with one of the TOP IT Service Org. Delivery Head Insurance Location: Hyderabad - Manage delivery from Client location and serve as the first point of escalation - Have Insurance (P&amp;C) domain, delivery management for complex programs - Accountable for overall delivery across multiple projects in the engagement - Responsible for reporting SLAs, metrics and other critical hygiene factors that impact the Account - Resolves delivery issues; understands and manages client expectations to result in an exceptional client experience - Anchor and drive the steering committee meetings about the delivery status for all projects - Track and support the activities of project teams to ensure quality and timeliness of program execution Qualifications - - Bachelors degree or Masters degree in a related major - 15+ years of experience with demonstrated experience in delivering Projects/program in Insurance (P&amp;C), P&amp;L responsibilities, managing multiple accounts from a delivery and growth perspective, industry segment and customer interactions. - Experience in technology delivery projects in handling large/complex delivery engagements. - Excellent client management, relationship building and escalation management skills - Ability to have tough conversations on critical project deliverables / timelines / scope and negotiate - Experience interacting with CXO level IT leaders to represent delivery status - Understanding of financial management, revenue forecasting and profitability management If interested revert with below details ASAP.
