Mandatory Skills:
1. Healthcare Experience / Strong technology grounding on any one technology (Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, Core Tech such as .NET / Java)
2. Delivery management experience with US / International clients
3. Experience of managing big teams (50+ members)
4. Should have led digital transformational initiatives / development initiatives for customers
5. Strong communication skills
6. Strong presence in customer setting - should be able to assist with pre-sales if needed

10. Participate in Sprint Retrospective Reviews
11. Maintain relationships with and periodically meet (2-4 times/annum) relevant Client Contacts
12. Identify and groom high performing Team members
13. Actively support Market hiring activities
