Delivery Head - Payer

Mandatory Skills:

1. Healthcare Experience / Strong technology grounding on any one technology (Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, Core Tech such as .NET / Java)

2. Delivery management experience with US / International clients

3. Experience of managing big teams (50+ members)

4. Should have led digital transformational initiatives / development initiatives for customers

5. Strong communication skills

6. Strong presence in customer setting - should be able to assist with pre-sales if needed

6. Participate in quarterly Client Engagement Reviews

7. Lead Monthly Client Project Reviews

8. Participate in Weekly Dashboard Reviews

9. Participate in Sprint Show and Tells

10. Participate in Sprint Retrospective Reviews

11. Maintain relationships with and periodically meet (2-4 times/annum) relevant Client Contacts

12. Identify and groom high performing Team members

13. Actively support Market hiring activities
