Delivery Head - OT Security Solution (10-20 yrs)

Hiring for OT Security Solution & Delivery Head

- Develop and implement OT security solutions, including strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing management.

- Manage a team of OT security professionals to ensure high-quality delivery of solutions.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.

- Provide thought leadership in the area of OT security, including staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies.

- Manage the financial performance of the OT security solution delivery function, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to OT security, including NIST CSF, IEC 62443/ISA 99, ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-82, CPNI Good Practice.


- Demonstrated experience leading the development and implementation of OT security solutions in large organizations.

- Experience with supporting PLC, DCS, SIS, HMI or SCADA systems

- Strong knowledge of OT security technologies, including network segmentation, access control, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and anomaly detection.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring a team.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess risks and vulnerabilities in OT environments and develop appropriate solutions.

- Experience working with clients in various industries, including energy, manufacturing, and transportation.
