Job Description

Reporting to the CIO, the Delivery Head will be responsible to:

- Manage the delivery of IT Systems implementations

- Drive System Implementation with Product Vendors and Solution Implementation teams

- Present project status, monthly, and annual reports to senior management

- Estimating project costs, timescales and resource requirements in relation to agreed terms of reference

- Manage transition of projects into live service and resolution of dependencies and issues

- Participating in the development of IT infrastructure standards, methods, guidelines, techniques, tools and control structures, particularly in the area of IT project management

- Coordinate third parties such as System Integrators, Third Party Vendors and back-end API providers

- Ensure scope/change/incident/release management and project delivery is within regulatory requirements. Evaluate client requirements against scope of project, manage project plan/schedule and ensure business objectives are met

- Working knowledge of Project Finances. (Budget, Actuals, Variances, Capex, Opex etc.)

Profile

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science/Information Technology

- 12+ years of experience in IT out of which including 4+ years of Project/Program Management

- Excellent Domain knowledge of Credit Cards, Merchant Business, Personal Loans and other consumer banking products.

- Experience in Digital Paperless Solution implementation.

- Exposure to SaaS/Cloud delivery models such as Microsoft 365 or AWS etc.

- Experience in systems development life cycle in Agile / Waterfall Development environment

- Strong business writing skills, verbal communication and time management skills

- Strong analytical abilities and exposure to quantitative project management, including financials and metrics so as to easily absorb and present complex ideas accurately
