Delivery Head - IT Recruitment (5-20 yrs)

We are looking for a candidate to Head a team of talented IT Recruitment professionals and look after the success of the entire delivery function.

The ideal candidate would have the following skills :

- Technology led Recruitment Industry background in India or abroad ( preferred)

- Must be a career recruitment professional who has climbed the ladder through past track record and success. Must be well versed with Technology and hands in previous roles as a technical recruitment professionals.

- Current experience of leading a team of recruitment professional of atleast 10 20 staff.

- Must be target driven and is able to lead teams with targets and KPI

- Experience in dealing with client delivery assignment

- Must have entrepreneurial temperament (ability to work independently, can work with limited resources and loves challenges).

- Can make work place for himself herself and the team.

- Mentor team members and help them build their career

- Ability to recruit and build team

Responsibility :

1. Would be responsible for the entire delivery of the client facing IT Recruitment roles.

2. Would take incharge of each and every new mandate role shared by clients, would be responsive in accepting and allocating the role to team and take 100% ownership for timely response and delivery of the role.

3. Would conduct frequent team and 1 1 meeting with team member(s) and guide them to deliver CVs

4. Conduct team of with clients sharing overall update on KPI Targets

5. Would take ownership of all operational aspects including Billing, finance, Taxation, Admin, Payroll by ensuring correct processes are in place with the team responsible to deliver them.

6. Build trust, relationship and respect with counterparts and management team.

Responsible for End-to-End recruitment of the candidates for our partner organizations. Sr. Recruitment Executive would be responsible to manage Management Trainees and handle End-to-End recruitment of the candidates for partner organizations. Team leader would be responsible to handle a team of recruiters and Sr. Recruitment Executives.

9) Validation of candidates/CVs provided by the team.

10) Following-up and maintaining record of joined candidates at clients side.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

1. Demonstrated and proven work experience as a Recruiter.

2. Good Repo and networks within the industry.

3. MBA(HR) / MBA preferred.

4. Excellent written and Verbal Communication skills.

5. Ability to work under pressure and overtime if targets are not achieved.
