- Attending intake calls with team members to discuss job requirements & selection criteria

- Preparing the sourcing strategy & plan

- Driving forecast, Analyzing data & Robust reviews

- People management / retention / attrition in the business

- Responsible for Stakeholder management -Keeping a good network & connect with business stakeholders, Business Control (Data handling)& Finance Team

- Ensuring LOB satisfaction with excellent execution by the Centre Head & the Team and timely delivery

- Oversee entire operations at the centre to ensure productivity and successful projects for LOB's

- Crisis Management & Escalation Handling

- Ensuring Process Adherence for Self and all the teams in the centre

- Customer Interaction to get more business wherever necessary
