Responsibilities : - Lead complete Delivery team. - To maintain and update the skills inventory of the organization and plan skill development, re-skilling initiatives to bridge the gaps. - As a Head of Delivery, manage business goals, contribute to product / Delivery strategy and help develop your team - Provide delivery oversight ensuring all projects meet quality, client satisfaction and financial targets. - Work closely with Technology, Sales, Pre-Sales team in estimating, identifying risks/ dependencies and enable your team to deliver integrated, high-quality software solutions with varied technologies spanning across Web and Mobile. - Empower project managers and ensure project risks and issues are addressed effectively. - Improve profitability of the organization by monitoring project costs, recruitment of personnel and resource utilization Required Competencies : - Proven experience as a Delivery Head or similar leadership role - Strong working experience and knowledge in .net/Java/BI/Mobile technologies - Excellent planning and project management skills - Able to give constructive feedback that can be heard and acted upon. - Makes timely decisions; consistently meets commitments; and holds others accountable to theirs. - Has the ability to hear both sides of an issue; stay objective and discern fact from opinion; able to determine a path forward that people can rally around. - Willing to take on the tough issues; work inside the subjective, ambiguous space; bring clarity and simplicity to complexity. - Proven experience of delivering successful Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and integration solutions in an enterprise environment based on one or more industry standards (.Net or Java) on multiple projects - Deep understanding of coding best practices, object-oriented principles, and design patterns with a focus on performance, stability, and scalability - Strong full-lifecycle experience developing web applications in Microservice Environment - Experience building RESTful APIs backed by unit tests and QA testing tools - Excellent knowledge of Git (branches, submodules, rebasing) and deployment automation tools - Experience with Scrum and Agile tools - Experience using Amazon Web Services or other cloud services would be highly preferred - Must be on top of current technologies and understand how they might be used to solve problems
