- As the Manager of Data Engineering, the candidate will be expected to build a new team with the necessary functional and technical skills required to deliver Digital master data solutions for growing application portfolio and changing technology needs. They will need to hire team members to fill open roles, and build a strong team culture focused on delivery.

- Partnering with Business, GBS, and other IT teams will be required to achieve alignment on strategy, goals, and project outcomes.

- Leading the Data Engineering team will require a future-focused approach. This should include defining the future organization based on current delivery plans and predicted support needs, aligning open roles to the future organization design, and guiding existing team members to align with and adopt the future vision. The team's work will also need to be planned, prioritized, and organized in alignment with strategic priorities for master data delivery.

- The ultimate goal of the Manager of Data Engineering should be to build an effective, engaged team which delivers timely, high quality work. This should be achieved by providing clear work direction, role clarity, and performance expectations to internal / co-sourced / outsourced / contract team members, effectively managing team member workload & assignments, prioritizing the team's work, and communicating clearly and often to ensure the team is aligned.

- As the Resource Manager for Data Engineering, the candidate will be expected to participate in project staffing / planning activities and to assign resources for master data solution delivery which occur as part of larger IT initiatives. This will require careful prioritization to ensure that strategic master data work is always resourced fully and first, without disappointing other IT and Business stakeholders.

- As the IT Application Owner for master data applications, the candidate would ensure that Disaster Recovery, Security, and Audit requirements are satisfied, while complying with all IT administrative tasks for the applications.

Education required/ preferred: - B.S., B. A. degree. A master's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

Required Experience:

Preferred Experience: - 15-20+ years of Professional experience with 5+ years in Master Data implementation and 7-8 year+ experience in managing large IT program delivery leading remote, virtual and multi-vendor teams.

- Experience in Master Data and implementing SAP systems (MDG, ECC, MDM, MDS, Information Steward) and mass entry tools such as WinShuttle and RPA.

- Demonstrated skills in application delivery, client relationship management, strong sense of urgency in delivering results, business knowledge, intuition and judgment, high cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, strong communication / collaboration.

- Experience leading projects and high performing teams.

- Experience with MDM architecture, deployment and support.

- Experience with Digital solutions e.g. API, RPA, AI/ML.

- Experience working with outsourced delivery partners.

- Strong facilitation skills. Must display vision and resiliency.

- Global capability delivery experience.

- Ability to influence peers and stakeholders on technical issues and challenges

- Experience in navigating complex organizations, creative problem solving, and rational experimentation

- At ease in establishing peer/stakeholder working relationships and communications

- Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers
