Delivery Head - Digital Marketing (7-12 yrs)
Responsibilities
1. Design and oversee all aspects of Digital marketing department including marketing database, email, social media, display and search advertising campaigns.
2. Make strategic and operational decisions for the team, whilst also spearheading all the marketing solutions.
3. Lead a team of Consultants to brainstorm new and innovative Marketing strategies and Campaigns.
4. Key member of the Management team, with inputs into Agency direction and strategy
5. Act as our Digital authority in consultancy work, participating regularly in client meetings and pitches. Liaise with clients throughout active campaigns.
6. Produce detailed performance reports & presentations.
7. Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
Experience and Skill Set Required
1. A minimum of 7 years experience in Digital Marketing.
2. Extensive commercial SEO knowledge operating within a range of verticals.
3. Working knowledge on full range of Digital marketing services, Content marketing, On and off page optimisation, Link building, Social media, Email marketing, PPC, & Conversion optimisation
4. Experience working with Web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize Marketing campaigns
5. Great leadership and relationship management skills.
