Delivery Head - Digital Banking (12-19 yrs)
Looking for a Delivery Head - Digital Banking for one of the leading financial firms at Bangalore.
- Building of digital assets (Cards, Fintech / API Technology Integration, Payment capabilities i.e. IMPS, NEFT, AePS etc.)
- Leading self-service eKYC based digital acquisition channels for both (Savings, Fixed deposits) & lending for the Bank.
- Work on digital innovation (Chat-bot, sms, whatsapp banking etc.)
- Managing Digital Channels (Mobile Banking, Internet Banking for retail & corporate customers) for Customer journeys, competition benchmarking, customer adoption and usage.
- 10-15 years work-experience in Technology Program Management in Banks or Financial institutions. Exposure to digital banking models like API Banking, eCommerce, B2B, B2C marketplaces desirable.
- Preferably with BE/MCA/ MBA (relevant Digital Banking Exposure)
- Exposure to RPA preferable
