KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS REQUIRED

- Work closely with Sales to determine relevant market strategies.

- Responsible for business development/sale pursuits and client relationships with C- levels globally with sales and client partners for outsourcing engagements.

- Experience working as a Centre of Excellence Head for microsoft technologies like Java, .Net

- Revamp and create new solutions and service offerings with Go-to-Market Strategy.

- Responsible for end-to-end proposals, estimation, resource planning, onsite-offshore delivery model and profitability, corporate reviews, audit etc.

- Ability to engage clients at CXO level to highlight business and value propositions in a consultative manner.

- Out of the box Outsourcing modelling, multiple technologies, customer needs - Create Vision, Roadmap and Strategy

- Delivery management – Large Program Management, Global Sourcing Model, Innovative pricing and delivery models

- People & Practice management – P&L management, planning and budgeting, growth strategy, alliance management, new solutions

- Focus on Thought Leadership, setting delivery excellence
