JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THIS ROLE :

Primary Skills :

Algo Development, Low Latency, High Frequency

Key Deliverables :

- This assignment has a strategic + a technical responsibility. The strategic aspect includes setting goals for the team, hiring engineers, and prioritizing projects. The technical aspect is about getting actively involved in developing new products, identifying requirements, and setting timelines.

- Lead the Delivery Department of Company, from hiring and training new team members to managing tech projects and preparing the budget for the Department

- Drive the creation, planning, execution and closure of deliverables that involve software development

- Manage software development projects by setting requirements, goals, and timelines

- Ensure that the team delivers a high level of operational excellence

- Manage projects end-to-end

- Prepare and manage the department's budget

- Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentations

- Develop and present Milestone review briefings among the team members

- Manage and monitor quality targets and goals

- Manage and monitor day to day activities and provide direction to team members and supporting organizations

- Design strategies for future development projects based on the company's overall objectives and resources

- Hire engineers and coordinate their training

- Implement innovative technologies and new systems

- Coordinate with external stakeholders for new integrations and tools

- BE or B Tech (Must) + PMP or ITIL Certification (Must) + MBA (desirable)

- 18 to 22 years of total work experience including 10+ years of experience in IT Capital Markets

- Having experience of leading a team of 50+ IT professionals

- Should have managed complex tech projects and having experience of the building -products and features from scratch

- Proven track record of project execution and on-ground delivery

- Proficient at collaborating with the senior leadership team

- Complete ownership + positive attitude

- To be successful in this role, you should be confident in managing a large team while, at the same time, setting goals, budgets, and timelines for various projects.

- Ultimately, you will make sure that the Company uses innovative technologies that maximize productivity and help the Organisation grow.

NOTE :

CTC: Upto 25L LPA Gross (including variable )

Notice Period: 1-2 month

Work Ex : 8 yrs (Min) & 12 yrs (Max)

Qualifications: BE or B Tech (Must) + PMP or ITIL Certification (Must) + MBA (desirable) & 18 to 22 years of total work experience including 10+ years of experience in IT Capital Markets
