This role is a combination of Business Development, Consulting and Delivery supervision function. The candidate should be able to engage customers and prospects in consultative sales, work with the current delivery team (including delivery managers) for project planning and project reviews, work to grow the practice and build the team in a sustained manner.
- The candidate will take responsibility for revenue numbers, and the unit P&L. A right candidate will grow to become part of the organizational leadership team.
- Being a Microsoft Dynamics solutions provider. There has always been a small IT Services team which has been engaged on projects from diverse technologies. Most of the projects have been on Microsoft Stack, but there have also been other open source technologies, and mobile development platforms.
- The primary target customer segment is going to be the international market. The role however requires significant focus to be put on new customer acquisitions, and development of new partnerships.
