Delivery Head - BFSI Sector

Purpose of Role Existence:

- To head overall delivery managing BU for an LoB, under the guidance of Global Delivery Head. Lead the business at BU level by effective strategic planning, enabling business growth, enabling sales alongside sales counterpart with clients and developing leaders IN ORDER TO deliver world class services/technology solutions to customers WITHIN the guidelines, processes and norms at OU level and cascaded to BU level

Minimum Requirements:

- 18+ yrs. Of experience Delivery Management / IT experience, managing large programs, customer relationship management, operational excellence, drive & execute growth strategies for Delivery Units.

- BFSI domain expertise with good understanding of Technologies

- MBA preferred
