Position Overview: The team is ready and waiting for the Delivery Leader, who has strong experience in running - Banking and Financial Services CoE, to come in and take a charge. Reporting to the Co-CEO, the Head of Delivery will be one of the delivery leadership roles providing oversight to the end to end spectrum of service delivery. S/he will be hands-on with latest, emerging technologies and a real technical geek. The role requires strong technical skills, great energy and enthusiasm, has the ability to influence people at all levels of the organization, and has demonstrated the ability to execute large, cross-functional projects in a challenging environment and led large teams. Responsibilities: - The position is responsible for leading an offshore India based team of approximately 100-150 employees in the near term - Responsible for ownership of Service Delivery function and maintaining relationships with domain and technical leadership across regions - Ensure quality and on time delivery of projects and enhancement of existing applications executed - Work with global technology leads to support innovation, ideation &amp; leverage evolving technologies to identify opportunities of efficiencies and driving business excellence to deliver additional value Skills and Competencies: - A minimum of 15+ years of related work experience, including managing technical engagements from concept to delivery in enterprise technology settings in an in-house center as well for service provider set up - Proven experience in setting up and running "Banking and Financial Services - Center of Excellence" - Candidates must have a proven record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CXO-1 and CXO-2) levels. S/He must be comfortable presenting to senior business and technology leaders and must be persuasive and influential - Experience with the global service delivery model. This should include procuring and managing third party supplier and partner arrangements - Should be able to conceptualize, analyze, create the blueprint for business transformations and present solutions - Should be very comfortable in dealing with Architecture, Technical Design, Program Planning discussions with senior stakeholders on an ongoing basis - Experience with Agile, DevOps, efficient delivery processes- Agile, Continuous Integration Delivery tools and experience with broader technology functions - Experience of working in a large organization with a matrix environment with an understanding of financials - Skilled at managing technical teams comprising technical architects, leads and developers to influence and guide their communications, customer skills, and technical delivery outcomes - Establishes partnerships, communicates across the organization, fosters collaboration and negotiates effectively - Education from premier institutes is highly preferred
