- Ability to lead large teams (20+ teams) and portfolios
- Ability to define processes around delivery management, people management
- Experience in Change management - Client/Internal
- Program management - Should have managed at least 1 program end to end - client/internal
- Ability to scale and build high-performance teams in a paced growth environment
- Ability to drive value creation, continuous improvement, and innovation with the people/teams and Community of practices
- Drive inspirational leadership by identifying motivational themes and rewards and recognition programs
Delivery Management :
- Should have managed P&L of at least one Account in the past
- Ability to understand and manage the elements of Cost of Delivery (account level/ SOW level)
- Ability to identify margin drainers and come up with a corrective action plan
- Should be able to do resource planning and collaborate with support/practice functions for fulfillment
- Ability to leverage CoE/Practices to define service offerings for the client and drive thought leadership
- Define QBR, MBR themes along with customer, organize meetings and drive actions for CSAT improvemen
