Delivery Director - IT Services

Role : Delivery Director

Client : Leading IT Services Company

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to :

- Manage business operations, including the development and execution of the overall business strategy.

- Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of client's products and services across different regions.

- Establish strong relationships with clients. Meet and exceed business growth targets.

- Support in RFP responses and pre sales solution support including resource planning, solution design and time estimates

- Manage multiple projects from inception to completion

- Manage multiple internal managers from various technical streams

- Build high-performance teams, improve organizational efficiencies, build a scalable business processes and infrastructure.

Key Qualifications :

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Client interaction and project delivery management

- Possess extensive experience in multiple technology areas both current and emerging technologies

- Review customer orders and plan and coordinate delivery activities

- Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.

- Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.

- Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.

- Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.

- Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
