Role Summary : - Responsible for all deliveries made by Business Unit across multiple accounts - Experience managing multiple Salesforce / SFDC project deliveries - Techno-Manager profile - Participates in project specific reviews with clients. - Ensure adequate offshore staffing for projects - Conducts internal reviews of projects - Ensure the onshore delivery head is in sync - Work with account team for mining and delivery - Serve as a customer escalation point for all DU projects - Responsible for India based employee satisfaction - Work closely with the recruitment team to onboard talent - Drive innovation within team - Be up to speed on trends and encourage team to improve competency - Review estimates for bids. - Engage with clients facilitating workshops to jointly develop understanding of their environment, synthesize findings, draw and presents conclusions. - Ability to think on alternate proposals, Define/understand client expectations. - Develop and/or review Statements of Work and other contractual documents to ensure delivery excellence. - Develop and manage BU cost estimation tools - Validate that closed contracts &amp; change requests are fully processed Key Performance Measures (Indicative) : - Margin - Resource utilization - CSAT - ESAT - Attrition - Engineering maturity - Revenue
