Role : Delivery Business- Manager

Overview of the Job:

Delivery Business - Manager- goal is to own the P&L for the business across digital marketing, logistics & operations. Drive growth of the delivery business, own customer experience journey, build and lead a team.

Job Description :

Growth

- Meet the sales target assigned by growing Delivery Business for the city.

- Build demand for Behtar's home delivery business using insights of the market.

- Develop interest & awareness amongst Behtar's target audience using technology & marketing strategies.

Marketing :

- Develop a personalised communication strategy for Behtar's customers using Digital medium, BTL activities, etc.

- Develop & execute digital marketing strategies to identify opportunities & increase, new customer acquisitions.

Customer experience & service :

- Own the customer experience journey from the point of request to delivery.

- Resolve customer complaints and constantly improvise the Delivery experience for the customers.

- Pass on the feedback of customers to relevant backend teams like Category \ Inventory \ Technology etc for further resolution.

Prerequisites :

- MBA \ PG in General Management or Retail Management

- 2+ years- experience in driving sales for FMCG or Financial Consumer products for a City \Area

- Coached & led a dynamic team
