Job Description:
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients. Work on proactive proposal & client demo
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables. Managing customer satisfaction within the project execution period.
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
- Overall team management of all resource in portfolio & take care fulfilment activities
- Take care of mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent
- Carry out LTI DELEX activities
- Conduct senior manager delivery review & governance meeting
- Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Risk Management : Identify and work on risk and Mitigation
SDM Role :
- SPOC for BI Service delivery at offshore
- Stakeholder Management
- Participate in service review meetings
- Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Governance meetings
- Demand Assessment and driving strong demand pipeline
- Guide Teams on technical, functional issues, clarifications
- Coordinate with Offshore team
- Ticket primary analysis and dispatching (load balancing of the team charge)
- Performance and Improvement Analysis and reporting
- Act as single point of Escalation contact
- Change management (Prefab meeting, Devops Pull request validation)
- Coordination and Communication with Hubs (Monthly review meeting)
- Problem mgt. / Idea generation
- Managing invoicing & billing activities
