Delhivery - Talent Acquisition Specialist (4-8 yrs)
We are looking to add recruiters to our Non-Tech Talent Acquisition team. This team hires for Pan India Corporate roles for functions like Finance, HR, Network Design, Sales, Client Experience, Strategy, to name a few.
This is an end to end recruitment role and a basic understanding of what a normal day looks like is outlined here:
- Interface with hiring managers to understand manpower gaps
- implement sourcing strategies to have a continuous pipeline of resources from low cost channels
- Understand skills needed and identify target pool of candidates
- Post jobs on portals, screen CVs from job portals, referrals, Linked-In
- Speak with candidates and shortlist the ones that match the job description
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and adopt consultative approach for feedback
- Negotiate salaries,benefits,etc and roll out offer letters through HRMS
- Following up & keeping candidates engaged till they join
- Maintaining data, sharing reports with Department Heads on recruitment activity
- Assisting in HR related projects / activities from time to time
