Roles and Responsibilities : - Setup the new clearance gateway and enhance the current clearance capacity at Delhi Gateway. - Coordinate with the port authority, custodian and customs for smooth flow of Import &amp; Export of shipments. - Laisioning and coordination with customs authority for renewal of clearance licenses and any additional require permissions. - Train the team for updated regulatory processes, notification and guidelines along with regulatory processes training to BD and CS. - Maintain clearance performance trackers and publish daily clearance performance report - Standard process setup for movement of import and export of shipments and assistance to internal external stakeholders for require process setup along with coordination with tech - Regular meetings with clients and external vendors with performance review. Desired Candidate Profile: - Software skills (Word, Excel, etc.) - Communication skills (English), spoken and written - Customs G-Card qualified (Preference) along with clear practical understanding of clearance process and sound knowledge of International Import/Export process for all modes (Air, Sea, Land) - Analytical skills discussion skills. - Knowledge of Customs processes, documentation and good lessoning skills. - Team management
