Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes - Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement - Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues - Monitors last mile operation's key metrics such as productivity, cost economics, escalations etc. and identify areas that need process innovation/re-engineering. - Coordinates with multiple stakeholders such as operations, product management, data science, dev ops, analytics, commercial, security and help business taking critical decision and implement necessary changes - Focuses on resolving complex situations or recurring issues and work on them to ensure bottlenecks are being removed as and when it comes to the notice Person Specifications: - Graduate or post graduate with 4 - 6 years of experience in Logistics/ SCM/Process engineering in e commerce companies, logistics industry, supply chain consulting, consumer internet technology companies, B2C retail or in any similar domain - Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - Analytical Abilities- analysis and interpretation of data to enhance the efficiency - Strong program management skillset - Microsoft Access/SQL/R/Python experience preferred - Ability to impact operations and effect change. - Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive with Problem Solving attitude
