Senior Manager - HR Systems &amp; Process Lead HR Systems &amp; Process Lead: - The Human Resources Systems Lead (HRSL) will be responsible to oversee the organization's human resource information systems - The HRLS will be responsible for developing short and long-term goals and objectives for system builds, operations, processes, data flows, security, reporting, and analytics - Define the HR processes for various sub functions like performance management, recruitment, talent management etc - Project manage the HR Tech roadmap, including project plans for migration, system updates for existing tools, and process documentation - Responsible for planning, project coordination, and resource allocation, partnering with vendors, HR business partners, IT, and other cross functional teams. - Responsible for analyzing and coordinating functional related activities within the scope of the HRMS. - Identifying opportunities for automation within all aspects of HR processes - Liaising with IT vendors on system implementation &amp; supporting User Acceptance testing - Supervise the day-to-day activities of our HR information systems Experience Requirement: - MBA in HR or Degree in IT - 5+ years of progressive HR processes &amp; systems implementation - Experience with at least one or two leading HRMS like Success factors, Workday etc - Experience in setting up or migration of HRMS will be preferred - Understanding on how to define HR processes
