Role: The Digital Marketing Lead will drive all our digital marketing initiatives towards customer acquisition and focus on supply generation funnel. Reporting to the Head of Department, the person in this role will drive awareness, consideration and conversion for our products. She/he will be a strategic, analytical and results-oriented leader. They will design the strategy, and drive the execution plan across performance marketing, growth marketing, setting up analytics and campaign optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive the marketing strategy and execution focusing on supply generation funnel for Last Mile business, Skill Development Program, etc - Work closely with the business unit and relevant product teams on the strategy - customer persona, competition, value proposition messaging - and the associated execution plan - Work with agencies wherever required to drive execution - Build a marketing calendar and plan budgets to optimize for growth - Support other digital initiatives on businesses like PTL, etc as required - Openness to manage other marketing initiatives co-ordinating within the team and externally with the agency as the project demand Person Specifications- Skillsets/Education - Educational Background - Post Graduate from Tier 1 Campus with 4-5 years of experience - Functional Skills - Digital Marketing, Hands on experience of SEO, App SEO, App download campaigns. Hands on experience in managing and executing a performance marketing budget. influencer marketing experience is an added bonus. - Experience - 4-5 years of Digital Marketing experienceg. Ability to understand and articulate value propositions of complex logistics products - Behavioral Skills - Good communication and analytical skills Excellent customer service skills in the areas of problem-solving, task prioritization and follow-up. Ability to work well in a team environment. Collaborate with internal and external resources in order to gain credibility with senior management.
