Delhivery - Senior Manager - Content Marketing

Responsibilities:


- The position is responsible for leading the planning, creation, editing and management of high-quality content for the organization.

- Ensure that content is relevant, timely and delivered in the most effective manner across owned and paid channels.

- Use content to effectively build, differentiate and strengthen the organizational brand and business units.

- The individual in the role will closely work with the Business Unit head, the brand manager and sales head to understand the marketing objective and messages, identify key content topics, create content and distribute it to key stakeholders through relevant channels to maximize brand awareness and consideration.

Content strategy and planning:

- Understand the Business Unit objectives and hero business unit messages

- Develop storylines around the business unit message within the master brand positioning

- Partner with the BU heads and brand manager on the execution strategy, including channel, format and timelines

- Write and edit high quality content pieces including articles, position papers, thought leadership articles for senior leadership

- Counsel on use of traditional and emerging media and communication channels across written, visual and social content

- Track best practices in the content space and implement to increase effectiveness

- Create a robust annual content calendar using available and new channels such e-newsletters, website, vlogs, podcasts etc.

Content Creation & Management:

- Develop the tool kit for content creation and execution, which will make it easier to bring content to life

- Repurpose and amplify suitable content in order to build advocacy

- Research, write and edit content as per target audiences and identified themes; Work with agencies for creation of content regarding specific communication programs / campaigns

Communication Tools Management:

- Build the capabilities for content creation and dissemination ; working with existing tools and identifying new solutions

- Maximize reach of all the existing tools including newsletters, websites, emailers, social media, etc.

- Keep abreast of emerging communication tools and technologies; Educate stakeholders on effectiveness / relevance of tools / technologies and build buy-in for investment / adoption.

- Manage external agencies for content creation, back-end management of distribution channels, developing and improving UI, etc.

Experience: 7-10 years of relevant work experience, including exceptional writing, editing and language skills.

Functional skills required to execute the role:

- Excellent writing and editing skills

- Convert business concepts into customer ready formats

- Ability to write insight based articles

- Measurement & Impact
