Sr HR Manager - Rewards & Engagement (Location : Gurgaon, Delhi) Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for all non-cash rewards across the organization - Responsible for driving employee engagement and communication across all verticals - Ability to leverage multiple platforms to drive engagement and communication - Workplace, Emails, Internal Marketing Initiatives - Ability to design all employee communication across platforms & formats - videos, gifs, emails etc. - Custodian of the annual employee engagement survey including design, implementation, analysis, action planning, and impact assessment - Design & effective implementation of the Reward & recognition program for the organization Experience required : Mandate - Willing to get into the details and execution of things while having the ability to create a strategy for Engagement at the overall organization level. - Since the person will manage huge number internal communication should have an excellent communication skills - verbal. - Should have managed scale i.e. designed process for at-least 2 - 3 k people - Ability to critically analyze the work done - what went well and what would he/she do differently the next time they have to do the same thing - Should be excellent in spreadsheet. - 3 - 5 years work experience : Post grad from Primer Institute or from renowned institute.
