Senior Director - Constellation Roles and Responsibility : 1. Drive all expansion related activities for the Delhivery Partner Program 2. Identify and iterate for optimum channel and churn management 3. Strong understanding of the partner, including partner economics, solution development and strategic priorities to drive new business opportunities 4. Ensure stability and flexibility of the network and limit points of failure for better risk management 5. Responsibilities include service excellence, liaising with internal operational teams, handling systemic and structural issues, audit and COD compliance, risk management and payments 6. Manages the performance of partners ensuring ongoing compliance with all aspects of the service level agreement and contract 7. Includes communicating and implementing new standards and performance expectations relating to training, service or procedural changes as needed 8. Liaising with multiple teams, such as Finance & Customer Service and HQ for smooth operations. Negotiates competitive rates and service expectations with local service providers. 9. Manages their ongoing performing to ensure optimum service levels are consistently achieved 10. Manages the budget ensuring that all costs are regularly reviewed and controlled within agreed limits. 11. Provides management with accurate & timely reporting and analysis of operational performance. Participates in benchmarking or process improvement initiatives. 12. Work experience of at least 8-9 years preferred, franchisee management experience is a bonus. Skill and Competency : 1. Experience working with external vendors and partners 2. Non-negotiable ownership skills 3. Must be a skilled communicator 4. Ability to manage partner relationships 5. Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences 6. Must demonstrate leadership and possess strong mentoring drive 7. Open to travel within India 8. Must be extremely resourceful and analytical 9. Proven track record of leading large and distributed teams
