OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
- We- re looking for an achiever to join us in our next stage of hyper growth, who will be responsible for playing a key role in scaling up and running the business of a city.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the whole business process starting from lead generation to lead closure.
- Build pipeline, create momentum and anticipate industry opportunities to develop new markets and network to enhance sales volumes/ revenues.
- Build lasting relationships, Strengthen existing customer base, interact regularly to gain advantage from market trends.
- Manage the P&L of the city and directly responsible for both demand and supply.
- Recruit, train and motivate high performing teams to achieve top-line and profit targets for the city an ensure month-on- month growth.
- Cross-functional collaboration.
- Report daily/weekly/monthly metrics to the Sales Head.
