1. Review functional capabilities to meet short- and long-term objectives of the procurement function. 2. Managing internal Stakeholders. Liase with operations, technology, finance and other relevant stakeholders. 3. Identify and lead process improvement projects- identify gaps in the existing processes and come up with an improvement plan. 4. Track various ongoing projects and ensure timely closure- drive projects and track milestones to ensure that all the projects get completed on time. Take remedial action to ensure that all bottlenecks are addressed. 5. Implement new tools to further digitize the procurement processes- review all the processes that may have some manual activities and the implement correct tools to automate those processes.
