Delhivery - Product Designer (2-8 yrs)

- Own and contribute to the end-to-end design workflow of a wide variety for logistics-related experiences; from concept to launch to iteration cycles

- Thoroughly define, plan, and conduct in-field User Research to have deep knowledge of a large delivery fleet with internal and external users

- Use insights from research, user testing, and market analysis to create truly user-centric designs

- Rapidly produce detailed storyboards, user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes for stakeholder discussions/approvals

- Emphasize on aesthetically pleasing design with a strong eye for visual design elements

- Use competitive insights and industry-wide best practices to identify problems and deliver solutions that will create high value for end-users

- Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers along with senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualification:

- 3-6 years of experience as a Product/UX/UI designer or comparable role

- Master's degree in Interaction/ Experience/ Visual/ Product design

- Must have worked on large projects for mobile and web-based platforms/products

- A deep understanding of the end-to-end UX process and popular design methodologies

- Ability and love for engaging with clients/partners, presenting your work, and lead in demonstrations and feedback sessions

- Experience with a variety of engagements like conceptualization and productization

- Understanding of basic HTML / CSS and front end web / mobile frameworks

Minimum Qualification:

- At least 2+ years of experience as a Product/UX/UI designer, User Researcher or comparable role

- Bachelor's degree in Interaction/ Experience/ Visual/ Product design or related field

- Experience of working cross-functionally in agile framework with design, product management, and engineering

- Expertise in digital design tools (Sketch, Invision, etc) and well-versed in design systems, pattern libraries, and design methodologies.

- Good command over visual design and knowledge of the design process
