JOB SIZE/DIMENSIONS : - Responsible for the overall program management of high impact supply chain analytics projects in last mile operations - Interacts with multiple stakeholders to gather resources, knowledge, technical knowhow and pool them to roll out high impact pilots in the last mile operations - Day-to-day management of programs and pilots in the domain of operation insights and analytics - Set up data pipe line to store and process data for various reporting requirements Key Result Areas/Accountabilities : - Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats - Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications - Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications - Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures - Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential - Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends - Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making - Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports - Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. - Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes - Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement - Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues - Monitors last mile operations key metrics such as productivity, cost economics, escalations etc. and identify areas that need process innovation/re-engineering. - Coordinates with multiple stakeholders such as operations, product management, data science, dev ops, analytics, commercial, security and help business taking critical decision and implement necessary changes Person Specifications : 1. Graduate/PG with 2 - 3 years of experience in analytics 2. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal 3. Analytical Abilities- analysis and interpretation of data to enhance the efficiency 4. Strong program management skillset 5. Working experience in SQL and Python required 6. Ability to impact operations and effect change. 7. Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive with Problem Solving attitude
