We are looking to hire Managers [2] and an Assistant Manager for our Internal Audit team based in Gurgaon.
Qualification - CA / (MBA + CIA)

Job Description :
- Assist director to hire, manage and review the performance of Internal Audit team under his/her Area of Responsibility (AOR)
- Assist director to complete internal audits as per approved annual internal audit plan
- Finalize the data analytics approach during audit planning and testing. Hands on expertise / Lead by example required for data analytics driven audit methodology
- Prepare the audit objectives and get them reviewed with director to ensure key financial and operational risks are adequately covered
- Assist director in performing complex internal audit projects
- Comply with IA policies and procedures in audit execution and audit working papers
- Comply the usage of audit management tool and timesheet
- Review and sign-off audit working papers created by Audit Team
- Write internal audit report for review by Director
- Ensure periodic check-in with process owners to ensure timely closure of the issues
- Maintain collaborative relationships with process owners
- Demonstrate problem solving, collaboration and innovative approach in managing projects, stakeholders and teams
