KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Streamline & run the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) mechanism for the organization.
- Lead the POSH training, sensitization & awareness initiatives across the organization.
- Leading & implementing D&I initiatives for across the organization.
- Work closely with the HRBPs or relevant teams/ stakeholders for seamless execution of other EX projects & initiatives.
