Manager - Corporate Finance position based out of Gurgaon HQ   Job description :  - Track the performance (financials and other key metrics) of various business divisions of the company from a financial and operational standpoint.  - Coordinate across all departments and the top management of the company to set-up the systems required for understanding and reporting the key business metrics of the company.  - Work closely with the accounting and control teams to track the business against projections made in the business plan and to report the same to the CEO, the CFO and the board of directors of the Company  - Build market intelligence and perform competition analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation  - Monitor Operational changes through working with company management and prepare information for Investor Relations. Candidate will also work closely with the IR team to create presentation, earnings release, industry event material and presentation to the analysts/brokers/institutional investors.  - Monitor analyst reports and summarise them for senior management  Required Skill set :  - Min 3-5 yrs of experience in corporate finance or Business Strategy  Education : BTech + MBA (IIMs/FMS/MDI)  - Strong numerical skills and must understand basics of financial reporting - P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements and have exposure to business modeling  - Excellent communication skills  - Very good excel and presentation skills
