Delhivery - Manager - Corporate Development

- Support Delhivery leadership in strategic investment decisions, including due diligence, negotiation, and execution of both minority and majority investments, as well as M&A opportunities.

- Analyze and map potential investment landscapes by identifying key sub-segments aligned with Delhivery's strategic goals, and shortlisting target candidates for investment.

- Sourcing, evaluating, and structuring market and target data, including benchmarking against internal metrics, to create investment theses aimed at entering new segments or acquiring fulfillment and technology capabilities (both software and hardware).

- Lead discussions with target companies, working closely with bankers, investors, and founders to gain in-depth understanding of business operations and key performance indicators

- We are seeking individuals who are passionate about e-commerce, technology, and are looking to build a career in investment.

- Ideal candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in M&A advisory, venture capital/private equity, consulting, or in CEO's office roles at startups.
