Manager - Continuous Improvement
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the overall program management of continuous improvement projects in SCs & DCs.
- Lead projects, identify the levers/critical paths by analyzing the data and ensure project completion within predefined timelines.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders such as operations, product, data science, dev ops, commercial, security and run the projects in most efficient and cost-effective manner. Gather resources, knowledge, technical knowhow and pool them to derive actionables for relevant teams within the organization and help them in driving the same.
- Travel to facilities when required and identify areas that might need process innovation/re-engineering and suggest improvements.
Skills required:
- Data - Strong MS Excel Skills. Good to have knowledge of SQL queries to pull out data.
- Analytical Abilities - Analysis & interpretation of data to derive actionables.
- Program/Stakeholder Management - Ability to work and manage communication in multi stakeholder environment to help build consensus.
