Delhivery - Manager - B2C App Marketing (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Understand the business and build supply of delivery partners using digital mediums
- Drive app downloads and generate successful referrals from existing employees
- Engage old employees and potential leads and convert them into partners
- Figure out innovative ways of building capacity in the last mile space
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering OR Masters in strategy /business management / or marketing.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related role and in the startup space.
- A portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions and driving user acquisition via digital channels
- Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development.
- Skilled at web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels.
- Knowledge of various analytic and growth-hacking tools, such as google analytics, automation and campaign monitoring platforms.
- Creative, problem-solving, results-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
- An adaptable, iterative thinker who is constantly learning.
- Curious, innovative, and confident in your abilities to drive change
