Delhivery - Finance Manager - Internal Audit

1. Strong understanding of IND-AS

2. Strong understanding of Indian Auditing Standards

3. Self-starter and ready to go extra mile to deliver the output

4. Ability to resolve statutory audit- and internal audit- queries on real time basis backed up with correct and strong technical research

5. Good working knowledge of Companies Act

6. To carry out timely and correct research on time to time projects assigned by Management which will be primarily related to IND-AS, Companies Act, Indian Auditing Standards etc.

7. To prepare extremely well written and detailed Memo, write-ups related to above research (mentioned in point 6 above) bringing out comprehensive conclusions

8. Assisting in preparing and finalising monthly standalone financial statements and consolidated financial statements on timely basis

9. Assisting in monthly variance analysis of the financial statements

10. Close coordination with internal operational teams and to ensure that correct detailed and quality audit schedules are provided to statutory auditors
