- Lead the Leadership Training Team of Delhivery Academy and ensure all trainers achieve the KRAs set by the organization - Plan and coordinate leadership training activities of the entire Supply Chain & Corporate staff (Directors, Senior Managers & Managers) to include preparing the training calendar, facilitator coordination, content finalization and logistics of the training programs. Ensures training records are maintained. - Designs and delivers leadership training - both face to face and virtual training within timelines and budget. - Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SME's) to make the training more relevant to the business objectives. - Monitors and evaluates the training program impact / effectiveness and ROI periodically. - Plan, conduct and oversee metrics-based leadership training to improve the performance of Directors, Senior Managers, Managers. - Manages and oversees the learning management system (LMS) learning experience; analyze learner performance and engagement. Work with team to implement improvements or changes needed. - Conducts effective company induction and orientation sessions for the Senior Management. - Communicates with key stakeholders to obtain knowledge and understanding of business needs and operations.
