Job Description-
- Assist CAE in performing annual risk assessment for annual internal audit plan
- Assist CAE in finalizing Annual Internal Audit Plan
- Hire, manage and review the performance of Internal Audit team under his/her Area of Responsibility (AOR)
- Assist CAE in completing internal audits as per approved annual internal audit plan
- Direct and review the data analytics approach adopted by Audit Manager during audit planning and testing. Hands on expertise / Lead by example required for data analytics driven audit methodology
- Direct and review the audit objectives prepared by Audit Manager and ensure key financial and operational risks are adequately covered
- Devote 50% of the time in leading complex internal audit projects himself/herself
- Ensure compliance of IA policies and procedures in audit execution and audit working papers
- Ensure compliance of usage of audit management tool and timesheet
- Review and sign-off audit working papers created by Audit Team
- Review / write internal audit report for review by CAE
Ensure periodic check-in with process owners to ensure timely closure of the issues
- Maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders including process owners and functional heads
- Demonstrate problem solving, collaboration and innovative approach in managing projects, stakeholders and teams
