- Business Partnership for field operations - Lead Talent Acquisition including across Various functions in Supply Chain - Planning, Organizing & Monitoring HC planning for Last Mile, Freight operation (SC) & Fulfilment center - Developing team of approx. 40 HR (Associates + Managers + Senior Managers) - Maintaining the TAT and ensuring the positions are closed across functions and maintaining service level adherence of 98% - Planning and execution of ramp down process to maintain excess staffing to &lt; 2% - Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business - Stakeholder management across all level specially Directors, Sr. Director & HOD- s - Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly performance with respect to recruitment and capacity buildup - Develop and Manager vendors who provide end to end HR services - Develop strategies to reduce attrition across on roll as off roll staff - Develop ways to reduces involuntary separation across function - Driving network level specialized HR projects - Ensuring high bar on statutory compliances for area of responsibility - Ensuring excellent vendor management
