- Identify internal challenges impacting customer experience and come up with innovative solutions - Out of box thinking to design new processes / projects for better efficiency - Identify gaps in existing products which lead to slippages and delays, collaborate with different departments and lead the resolution - Be involved in new Products development keeping end objective of customer experience in mind - Ability to challenge existing processes / systems and tools for better TAT - Influencing design led thinking across the business / products with customer experience as a goal - Lead concept development for a fresh design with respect to desired output - Ability to lead these projects from concept to final approval and implementation - Develop and continuously improve the teams talent / capabilities - Work with internal cross functional teams to generate ideas and resolve issues - Adoption of automation where ever possible to achieve high service levels. - Analyze market research, new technologies, customer reviews and other material to create more effective designs enhancing customer experience - Use available data to analyze performance, SLAs and KPIs - Enable business growth viz pre Sales engagement, Churn, Retention and increment in SoW of existing accounts
