Responsibilities : - Lead the Digital Marketing team and develop strategies, implement campaigns and optimize the digital performance of marketing channels of DeHaat to drive traffic, engagement and retention. - Create and execute affiliate, content and influencer strategies with a focus on developing, contributing to, and sustaining a movement focused on the organization's vision. - Brand building through meaningful storytelling, groundbreaking campaigns, and effective marketing strategies - Create and own the GTM strategy for new products - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Manage budgets and leverage data across digital marketing channels and campaigns to achieve scale and efficiency. - Manage and maintain day to day operations including execution, QA and reporting of campaigns - Develop and execute tests and learn strategies across all channels. - Identify new and emerging marketing channels. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience - Own and lead customer acquisition and retention strategy across all channels Skills : - 10+ years of proven track record of managing and scaling digital marketing teams and activities - Highly analytical and data-driven mindset - Passionate about building and growing brands - Comfortable owning and being held accounting for business outcomes - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environment
